Set up the way your academy already works
Batches by sport and age group
Every batch has a sport, like Cricket, and an age group, like Under-14. Players carry their age group too, and it shows in reports.
Know who has paid this month
Fee reminders go to parents on WhatsApp with your own UPI QR. Parents tap “I've paid”, and you confirm it in one tap.
Parents hear about an absence the same evening
Absent alerts, fee reminders and receipts go out on WhatsApp from your centre's name. Parents don't need to install anything.
Celebrate your wins
Make a poster for your WhatsApp status in a minute: “Our champions” after results, or an admissions poster when new batches start.
Also in the app: tests, marks and report cards, homework, a timetable, enquiries and admissions, and yearly fees in up to four parts.

Questions coaches ask
Can I mark attendance at the ground?
Yes. Attendance works on your phone: tap only the players who didn’t come, then save. Late marks and holidays are there too.
Do parents need to install anything?
No. Parents get updates on WhatsApp and a private web page for their child. Only you and your helpers use the app.
Are WhatsApp messages charged extra?
No. Absent alerts, fee reminders, receipts and the parent page link are included in every plan.
ChalkPis Tutor also runs tuition classes, coaching institutes, abacus classes, karate and martial arts, dance and music classes and yoga and fitness classes.
